Heading out into the early brightness - hoping we do in fact get that beautiful sun we have been promised over the next week! I have coffee to pick up, a Seattle buyer tour, listing paperwork to drop off, and then there will be an open house in Green Lake/ Phinney Ridge today: Green Lake House For sale
Interesting topic this week: the state is looking at giving the $8000 tax credit up front in a loan for new buyers to use as their down payment... Hmm sounds a little like borrowing from Peter to pay Paul... interested in looking into the details of that one.
