Seattle Floating Homes:  Looking at more houseboats for sale

Seattle real estate recent showings went great with some of the best floating homes I have seen in a while - still haven't gotten into the $3M dollar floating Mediterranean Villa, but the pictures are pretty amazing. Here are some great shots I took just the other day...

 

I got the airplane coming in which was cool - a pretty common occurrence down there, but I still stop and watch almost every time.

 

Seattle Houseboat tip help: So here is my question for houseboat people out there:  do any of you have a baby grand piano in your floating home? Just curious - my client asked.  I have never seen a piano in a houseboat and was wondering if it was a space or noise conservation issue? Tight and close quarters could have something to do with it, but I would love to hear form anyone with one - send us a picture!
