Queen Anne Homes For Sale: Different Ways To Find Them in The MLS

Posted on April 20, 2010

There are many ways to search for Queen Anne homes for sale in Seattle!

Queen Anne in Seattle is one of the neighborhoods where it is hard to go wrong - even the busier streets have at least something else going for them.  There are almost no truly all around bad properties on Queen Anne!  You might find a house that is falling down, but it will happen to be in the primo spot on the hill or another on a busier road but it has sweeping views or is on Queen Anne Boulevard.

Queen Anne by location -

Uptown Real Estate (Lower Queen Anne)

Queen Anne West Slope Homes : (Look for some of the city's oldest mansions & historical homes here!  Queen Anne has gorgeous architecture and some of the founding family homes are on this hill!  (Look for the CH Black House on Lee Street or the Ballard House on Highland - actually just drive or walk down W Highland  Dr along Queen Anne Boulevard and take it all in.)

Queen Anne View Homes  (Queen Anne view homes are plenty here with sweeping views of Puget Sound  and the Olympic Mountains to the West, Mount Rainier, ferry crossings, and Downtown Seattle city views to the South,Ship Canal and Ballard/Fremont views to the North, and Lake Union along the shores of Westlake (Westlake Houseboats) and Cascade Mountains to the East.)

You can also search for other Queen Anne Property in the MLS - all listings all brokers:

Queen Anne Condos  Queen Anne actually has some of the most historical and spectacular condominium projects in all of Seattle or the Puget Sound.  Epic 1930s Sunset Boulevard style buildings to sleek and stylish revamps of antique school houses.  Queen Anne also has a fair number of great Co-ops in wonderful spaces.
Queen Anne Townhomes  Many parts of Queen Anne are zoned so that town homes are an attractive way to develop the land and take advantage of the views all around. You can find a pretty nice higher end Queen Anne townhouse starting in the $400,000 price range and up.
