Buying A Home Along Queen Anne Boulevard?

Posted on August 1, 2010

Thinking of buying a Queen Anne home along the Queen Anne Boulevard?

Make sure your agent knows about it because believe it or not many don't...

Queen Anne Boulevard – a couple notes: I love Queen Anne mansions and homes on Queen Anne Boulevard are unique to other Queen Anne homes in many different ways.

Queen Anne Boulevard is not one street, but rather many that make up a trail that covers many streets as it circles the picturesque crown of beautiful Queen Anne hill.

Many of the homes that align Queen Anne Boulevard appear to have large yards, but the fact of that matter is that in some cases unsuspecting buyers (and agents for that matter) have purchased (or sold) a home on Queen Anne Boulevard only to find out that the new buyers do not actually own a large portion of the front yard.

Queen Anne Boulevard is part of the parks system and the land surrounding much of it is also public land.

This was not a pleasant surprise I am sure for someone buying on the Boulevard and finding a jogger or walker resting in their flower bed, but the Boulevard has great benefits, too – think of it as living front row to one of Seattle’s great trail systems or living along the crown jewel of the neighborhood of Queen Anne.

What a beautiful area of Seattle, truly breathtaking and what a wonderful post for all realtors in the area to have with the block map and everything, bravo!

I am not from the Seattle area I am actually on the east coast but I stumbled upon the article and looked into Queen Anne Boulevard and WOW what a beautiful area indeed.

I do like the feel of your website I did not notice if you had a feed into your local MLS listings shared with other agencies or was this strictly your own listings.

I often work with many many people relocating around the country and this is fabulous information for me to add in my portfolio of wonderful areas around the country to live. I have also been training many agents on how to network and work more on the internet to create relationships with other brokerage firms and this site will definitely be shared with my agents.

Thank you so very much for posting this I have to be completely honest I did not know about this section of Seattle, thank you Cooper Jacobs for posting the article I will be back for more in the future!

Just saw an episode of house hunters where the homebuyers were looking for a Queen Anne.
