Seattle real estate is great and there are a ton of green built new construction properties whether you are looking for Built Green, LEED certified, or Energy Star options, but you can also find great green features in remodeled older homes, too! Thank goodness that there are so many options out there with such great thoughtfulness included!
The Seattle townhomes, condos, and houses I see with Bamboo flooring were just divinely gorgeous, but other features of being green included the use of energy efficient appliances - specifically Energy Star appliances are the best! These are the appliances that are going to use our valuable resources efficiently and also cost you less for operation in the long run.
Check out the smart builders in Seattle neighborhoods like Eastlake, Magnolia, & Fremont plus even the Seattle suburbs that are deciding to build greener Seattle homes! The attention to the environment also tends to translate to attention to detail and higher quality finish work!
We are thrilled to be able to be part of Seattle green real estate with so many wonderful building products coming out!
We also have great tips if you are thinking about remodeling to be more green!
Seattle real estate is a wonderful place to find greener homes!
